Fill the tank with 95# gasoline.

Rotate the flywheel clockwise several times on the right side (near the power switch) to ensure the mixed fuel enters the cylinder and there is no air in the fuel tube. Turn on the power switch, then quickly turn the flywheel clockwise on the right side to start the engine. If the engine doesn't start and the ignition and cylinder compression are normal, adjust the carburetor oil needle. Tighten the main oil needle and then loosen it by 1/4 turn. Turn off the power switch when the engine stops running.
